Our story
Family owned since day one.
TM Construction is a licensed South Carolina builder working across Horry and Georgetown County. Every trade a project needs, from framing and roofing to electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and finish, runs on one schedule that we hold.
Tim Salomone, owner, came up through the trades as an electrician and became a Master Electrician before spending more than twenty-five years buying, renovating and flipping homes. He is a licensed residential builder and a licensed South Carolina home inspector.
Michele Parker, owner, brings more than ten years in construction across the field and the administrative side. She runs project coordination, purchasing and operations.
They founded TM Construction, A Palmetto State Builder, on quality workmanship, honest communication, and treating every project as if it were their own.

Owner | Licensed Builder | Licensed Home Inspector
Tim Salomone
Tim began his career in the electrical trade shortly after high school, working in the union before advancing to become a Master Electrician. For more than 25 years, he pursued his passion for purchasing, renovating, and transforming residential properties. This hands-on experience provided him with extensive knowledge of construction, from structural improvements and mechanical systems to complete property renovations.
Building on that foundation, Tim became a South Carolina Licensed Builder and Licensed Home Inspector, further expanding his expertise in construction, property evaluation, and building systems. His combined experience allows him to approach projects with a comprehensive perspective, overseeing multiple trades while maintaining a strong focus on quality, structural integrity, and attention to detail.

What we hold to
The three that matter.
These are the three we will answer for on any project we take.
Communication
You hear from us before you have to ask. Same day on calls, and a real answer rather than a holding one.
Quality
We build for the humidity, the UV and the wind that are actually here, not for a spec sheet written somewhere else.
Accountability
If we find something, you hear about it with a number attached, before we do the work. Nothing turns up on the final invoice.
The verifiable part
Numbers you can check.
How a job runs
Four steps, and you know where you are in all of them.
We come look
We walk the job with you, talk through what you actually want, and tell you what it will take. No charge and no pressure.
You get a real number
A written estimate with the scope spelled out, so you can see what is in it and what is not.
We handle the paperwork
Permits, HOA approval, drawings and engineering where the job needs them. Michele runs this part.
We build it and we tell you
Work starts on the date we gave you, and you hear where it stands without having to ask.
