From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, we’re committed to making your construction experience organized, transparent, and efficient.
We begin with an on-site consultation to discuss your project, evaluate the existing conditions, and review your goals. Our team will develop a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and estimated project costs.
Once your proposal is approved, we begin coordinating the necessary pre-construction requirements. Depending on your project, this may include architectural drawings, engineered plans, permitting, material selections, and scheduling. We coordinate all necessary pre-construction requirements, conduct a pre-construction meeting with the homeowner to review project details, and establish a start date to ensure your project is ready to move forward.
Our team coordinates the construction process, manages the necessary trades, and oversees the work to maintain quality and efficiency. We provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication throughout construction.
